At my alter, before the sun began to rise, after some time of random, minute vision quests, I find myself on a lightened path. On both sides of this path there is overgrown grass of yellow and green. This path I am on is led by the golden light of the primeval deity I have felt the presence of for about two weeks. This is not the first vision she has shared with me; for she has shared at least one every day. This path is leading me into a forest where the tree trunks are very wide. I am brought to a specific tree where it looks as if the roots are hands spread wide and the fingers are deep into the earth. In the trunk of the trees, as I scan to look at them all, I see the same face I have seen in previous visions and it’s that of a woman. The tree that is before me, I am motioned to back up and I see that the top of the tree is pink gold and not just from the changing of the season but from energy that has made the tree glow. All above me, the tree is glowing a pink gold, then suddenly I am instructed to pick up my pen for this ancient being is ready to deliver her message.

I am Phusis, Goddess of Nature. It is evident that nature is all around you. You can see it, feel it, smell it and even taste it. You too are an essential part of nature. You too have a purpose that is individually different from the next person… ALL people of the earth have been created to be different, and it is your differences that are meant to help one another grow collectively, not create further separation. Too many people, I have witnessed for a long time, over previous eras to where life is now have become overly competitive, and further away from their kind, earthly nature.
It is false of the ones who claim to be one with life, one with nature, or even one with the Universe, if they are not one with their natural self. It is your nature that you need to come to complete, honest terms with. You are not only filled with light, you also have shadows that require the same acceptance you give to your strengths. Someone who is truly one with all life, is at peace and finds harmony alive within themselves. There is no separation, no argument, no need to compete for attention because there is a deep, innate knowing that every life form, regardless of how different it appears to be is interconnected with the natural order of ALL life.
To make changes happen, look in that reflective glass you call a mirror and begin there. Come back to your natural, virtuous self, embrace your whole self with all the love and compassion you can muster and believe in who you are. No matter how many mistakes you have made, you have a new chance each day to make different choices. When you intentionally choose to live in the present and bring your whole self into any situation, instead of relying on one or two qualities to get you through, you just might be surprised at how much more dynamic your presence and personal power is. You are not just a parent, clerk, teller, brother, sister, teacher, or spouse; you are an intrinsic part of the Universe, and your very nature extends to many wonderful aspects of life. Your existence is important. You are important. Make the time you are certain with count and let the past be where it is and allow the future to take care of itself.
Give yourself the love you need and deserve. Heal yourself from your own natural ability to know exactly what it is you truly need from what you don’t. Listen to your cues. You don’t need to be like everyone else. You need to be you. If you’ve been toiling away trying hard to be something or someone you are not, then you are encouraged to find the time and space to get to know yourself from the inside out. No one knows you better than you. You can’t run away from your personal shadows or weaknesses forever. Greet them with love and accept them with compassion and become ONE with ALL of you. When you can bring yourself to complete oneness with yourself, your perception of the rest of the world will change and your awareness to the life around you will soar.
Reach up tall and wide like the branches of the tree, root your Self into the earth and allow your Self to be at peace. Let peace invite harmony and balance to be lifelong roommates and when you interact with others, it will not be the differences that attract you, but what you can discern to being the same.
When you can be there for you, giving yourself love and compassion unconditionally when it is needed, you will have the energy needed to love others unconditionally. Consistent application of self-love and self-compassion will help you recognize that just like you, people are just trying to carve out the best possible life for themselves and their loved ones. It may not be perfect, but it is complete at each moment. Exercise kind consideration towards others, not just because it is the Right thing to do, but because, you too understand that persevering life and its many trials and tribulations can be tiring and making one feel lost, alone and confused. You are as well, trying to get through life, the best that you can.
Do not worry about failing. Mistakes come and go. But when you greet your errors with the understanding that they are there to teach you something necessary to your journey, you will be less prone to criticize and more likely to accept and welcome peace to settle into your whole being. You are not meant to be in a constant struggle with your Self. Love and accept your whole self, see the natural, authentic person that you are and greet your natural self like you would an old, cherished friend and become reacquainted with this connection and work on making it last a lifetime.
