The world humans created is a highly distracting place, and your interactions with others can cause you to forget yourself or temper the traits and ideals that make you unique. It is a common reaction that you focus on other’s demands, rather than paying attention to your own needs. Thus, situations and events that caused you to doubt yourself will no longer have an effect on you. A short regime of introspection may be all you need to remember your worth and replenish your enthusiasm about who you truly are.
