An odd glitch happened when I sent out my email the first time around — so here we go again, with my apologies for the confusion!
Every time you meet the creative, life-changing power of the Void, Life invites you to trust it in a deeper way. You get this invitation every time a cycle of your life comes to an end and you enter a space between realities. This weekend, you’ve received a double invitation, as both Luna and Venus have taken you into the Void.
Deep beneath the surface of your life, both Luna and Venus have made themselves new, almost simultaneously. Double-coded with Goddess power, a whole new cycle of manifesting Love is taking shape within you — in Leo, the sign of the heart.
Luna meets the Sun in the Void every month. It’s only once every 19 months that the ancient, timeless Queen of Heaven makes herself new. Until yesterday, Venus had only conjuncted the Sun in a New Moon energy field once in the last 25 years.
Through tomorrow, that seed is still forming in your heart. The mysterious, fragile process of conception is unfolding, within you and around you. What it needs from you now is energetic nurturing.

This wild, creative Feminine energy is very, very real. Her magical powers are singing to you. Regardless of your gender, She knows you are a gateway.

Today through Monday: cook in the chrysalis
In just 24 hours, this nascent heart-based reality enters its crescent phase. Between now and late tomorrow, the seeding continues. You’re in an energetic chrysalis, where not one, but two butterflies, are forming in the dark and fertile void. If you feel heavy and lifeless, don’t despair. That’s actually a signal you’re right where the magic occurs.
Be gentle and tender with yourself. Make whatever you’re doing a kind of play. Express what you’re feeling – on paper, in paints, with clay, or with movement. Hold as much space as you can for the tiny, frail, vibrant spark of Love that will soon be seeded. You can’t see it. You might not feel it. That doesn’t mean it isn’t there. The tiny seed is packed with life force, and still deep beneath the surface.
Tuesday through Friday: nourish the seed
In the days ahead, that new beginning will grow stronger and more vibrant. Keep feeding it, with the thoughts, behaviors, and surroundings that most directly engage your heart.
August 22: welcome the reborn Venus
On Saturday (Sunday for the Australians and New Zealanders), Venus will rise with the Sun into the morning sky. She’ll be so faint and so low that it may take a few days before you’re able to perceive her presence. While you wait for her first apparition, signal her that you’re ready. Let her know how much you long for her presence. Try rising before dawn to feel her returning to the world. Just you and the Queen of Heaven, dawning in the East, within you and around you.
As Venus rises, Luna reaches her First Quarter phase in the last, urgent degree of Scorpio, pushing you to action to bring the new energy to the surface of your life. It’s likely to be intense and challenging: Luna will be almost exactly conjunct Saturn.
You may be afraid. You may doubt your ability to bring this dream to life. Saturn is not blocking you. He’s pushing you to make it as real as you can. Breaking down your intentions – especially those you don’t yet know how to act on — into a sequence of steps, will create space for Saturn to work as a powerful ally.
You are stepping into the times you took birth for.
Your future: creating space for the new reality
The enormous shifts we’ve experienced in recent years are not over. In the coming months, they’re going to accelerate. An 800-year agreement about the nature of reality has already begun to unravel and will do so with increasing speed as we go forward.
